Question #1: What if I ordered the wrong size - can I change it once my order has gone through?
Answer: No. Please note that we can no longer accept any changes
to your order after it has been placed. Please reference our size charts

Question #2: I think PayPal has my old shipping address. Can you change it for me?
Answer: No. Once your order has been received, we cannot change the
shipping address. We strongly encourage our customers to update their
PayPal information on a regular basis. We will be happy to assist you in a
return or exchange as stated in our Exchanges and Returns Policy on our
Question #3: What if my order has already shipped to the wrong address I sent with my order? What do I do?
Answer: Please contact your local post office. Once the item has shipped
to the address we were given with the order, it is then the responsibility of
the customer to locate the package.
Question #4: Do your shirts run small or true to size?
Answer: We have the exact apparel specs as well as the brand shown
underneath each product description on our shopping website: boymom.mybigcommerce.com.
Question #5: When will my order ship?
Answer: For pre-sale items, please review your order confirmation as the
estimated ship date will be listed. For all other items, it takes approximately
5-7 business days to process and ship incoming orders. Winter storms and
other weather-related delivery issues not in our control can cause a delay
in all production and shipping dates.
Question #6: Can I exchange my item for another size?
Answer: Yes! Below is our exchange and return info.

2. A copy of your receipt, email address, and your current shipping address
