Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

PLEASE!! BE CAREFUL OPENING YOUR PACKAGE:

Packages opened with scissors or sharp object that cuts garments will not be replaced.  

Boymom gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit only within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  Any item not in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (PLEASE NO FOOD, HAIR, PET HAIR, CANDY - HAHA WE HAVE SEEN IT ALL), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. ORIGINAL SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Additional non-returnable items:  Gift cards

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any item not in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (PLEASE NO FOOD, HAIR, PET HAIR, CANDY - HAHA WE HAVE SEEN IT ALL), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for an exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

We require a receipt or proof of purchase and a check for $5.00 along with your exchange (no check required for returns). Please include a note indicating desired size and/or style.  

Please ship the exchange to us and include the following information; a copy of the packing slip, a note indicating which item you would like to exchange and the size needed. 

If you don't have the original packing slip or the item was a gift, then please include the order number, the first and last name or the email on the order so we can process the exchange. 

The item(s) will need to be sent to Boymom Returns, 10717 Plano Rd, Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75238.  We will process the exchange as soon as possible.  

Refunds: 

Boymom gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit only within 30 days from the date your order shipped. To be eligible for a refund for store credit only, your item must be unused, without stains or evidence of wear and in the same condition that you received it. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. ORIGINAL SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you request a return shipping label, $6.00 will be deducted from your store credit. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Additional non-returnable items:  Gift cards
